Airbnb.org is partnering with Convoy of Hope to provide free, emergency housing to those impacted by the bushfires in New South Wales, Australia. Residents impacted by the bushfires can apply for housing with Convoy of Hope if their primary home is in a mandatory evacuation zone, and we can verify your identity. You must have an Airbnb account to verify your identity, if you don’t have one you can create one here.
If you’d like to help provide free stays to people impacted by the bushfires, you can make a donation to Airbnb.org. 100% of donations go directly to emergency housing. If you’re an Airbnb host, you can sign up to offer discounted stays for impacted residents. Airbnb donates its host service fees to Airbnb.org for these stays and provides hosts with AirCover for each booking.
